Ken has over three decades of insurance experience and is the founder of the Serfass Insurance Agency. He is a graduate of Lehigh-Carbon Community College and attained the Fraternal Insurance Counselor designation in 1981. He enjoys watching baseball, boating and riding his Harley in his free time.
